Six Chongzhou, Sichuan Given Only a Bowl of Noodles For Over 20 Hours

[Tianwang Sichuan  April 7, 2012] Today before dawn, the petitioner Wu Lianying of Yangma, Chongzhou, Sichuan contacted the China Tianwang Human Rights Center: We get to Beijing to petition and now have been beaten and are hungry.

Wu Lianying said, the [Sichuan] Representative Office in Beijing promised to put us on the 6 PM train home, then  about 2 PM sent two black [illegal] security personnel to tie us up and toss us into a vehicle.  They forcibly searched us and confiscated my cellphone and ID card. In the vehicle we met a retired military man, Fu Xiangbin, about 60, who also had hdad his cellphone and ID card confiscated and then was beaten. According to the report, there were six petitioners in the vehicle. On the way back from Beijing to their their homes, for 26 hours they only had one bowl of noodles.  Two sick people were only given half of a piece of bread to eat.
