【Tianwang Beijing March 20, 2012】 This evening at 2200, Sichuan petitioners in Beijing informed the China Tianwang Human Rights Center that the Heilongjing Province petitioners Li Xiufang and Liu Yuhua were kidnapped and beaten.

According to the report, on March 14, 2012 when Jiang Chengfen was walking past the Supreme Court, she saw petitioner Li Xiufang from Jixi, Heilongjiang and petitioner Liu Yuhua from Mishan, Heilongjiang being beaten and kidnapped by unidentified persons just outside the Supreme Court in Beijing. As a result of the beating, the left-hand side of Liu Xifang's face was deformed. The whereabouts of the two women are unknown.
