Nevertheless,there weren’t just bad news.According to a report of the humanitarian center of Chinese tianwang,there was,for the first time, a petitioner named Liuyong from Tianjin,has succeeded to barging in into the people’s congress hall and to declare his grievance in front of the a people deputy who finally didn’t take charge his documents.It’d be inspiring enough to raise the morale of all the abused petitioners who could only carry out activities clandestinely before.But why this huge change?Does the Chinese Authority really want to make a non-discrimination image towards the petitioners?Following are the point of view of the personnel in charge of Chinese tianwang,Mr.Huangqi:

The two sessions didn’t essentially change this year in adding some migrant-workers into the list of people’s deputys who couldn’t speak out in side of the need of Chinese people,and the electoral process was not transparent nor legal.The bright side is,the petitioner Liuyong hasn’t been persecuted by the Authority after she entered into the people’s congress hall,it’s a good signal of democratic progress,things advance step by step.

Under the pressure of international opinion and the efforts that have done the Chinese petitioners,the taken-away by force happened to the petitioners who declare their grievance in Pekin has been reduced massively year by year.Plus,the government should not only send the gansters to justice,the core is to punish the cadres who orchestrated the kidnap.By all means,this trial’s a huge step which means a lot to the democratic process.
The petitioner’s blood leads the Chinese advance
More hard the authority pushs the petitioners down,more high they push back.It’s been proved by thousands emamples.For decades,the Chinese activists,petitioners and the dissidents have never give up on the Chinese democracy in scarifying their own interests,even blood.In addition,the personal who arrest the petitioners to maintain the society stability are about to face a very embarrassing situation:to be laid-off in official posts and join the petitioner ranks as the victim of the political transformation.
In conclusion,we are always with the most disfavored people,fighting for their welfare and human rights in accordance with the rule of law.We all wish a better China,which needs our solidarity and discontinued non-violent struggle.
